Phiebie Hutchins is a Certified Lay Minister in the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Her works and ministry expand through the United Methodist denomination, as she sits on the North Texas Conference Bishop Core Leadership Cabinet, chairs the Ethnic Local Church Concerns committee, co-chairs the NTC Black Church Initiative and serves as President of the Black Methodist for Church Renewal North Texas Conference and the South-Central Jurisdiction advocacy committee.
